“Eureka Day” Opening Night at Pasadena Playhouse

Pasadena Playhouse invited me to opening night of “Eureka Day” and I went on a full roller coaster of emotions throughout the entire show (but mostly laughter)!

The cast perfectly embodied each of their characters and were so funny and relatable in their own ways. The timing of this production couldn’t be more spot on, and you are not going to want to miss this show!

About the show:

When a mumps outbreak hits a progressive private school in Berkeley, the well-meaning Board of Directors descends into full-blown chaos trying to create a perfectly inclusive vaccination policy. Spoiler: it does not go well… as passive-aggression turns into a hysterical meltdown, “Eureka Day” brilliantly taps into the current American moment.

Ticket prices start at $40, and the show is playing at Pasadena Playhouse (39 S El Molino Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101) Wednesdays through Sundays, now through 10/5. The performance length is 1 hour and 45 min, with no intermission.

Parking is located directly across from the theatre in the Playhouse Plaza parking structure (680 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101) for $6, or there is an ample amount of street parking available close by. I recommend arriving at least 30 min prior to show time!

Huge thank you to Pasadena Playhouse for having me!

Keshia
