Pixar’s Elio World Premiere

I’m still pinching myself that I got to attend the world premiere for Pixar’s Elio last night!

All of this wouldn’t be possible without my partner in crime Thaddeus letting me tag along as his +1! I was so proud watching him walk the blue carpet!

After years of missing Pete Docter at D23, I was so grateful for the chance to tell him how much Pixar movies mean to me and my family. We also got to say hi to Cesily Collette Taylor (who you might remember as young Nessarose from Wicked).

I even got to meet Yonas Kibreab and Jameela Jamil (who star as Elio and Ambassador Questa, respectively) from the film!

This film was so touching and without giving anything away, I think there is something everyone can relate to while watching this movie. The animation was gorgeous, and I can’t wait to see it again soon with my space loving husband, Kevin!

It was lovely seeing Jodi Benson again, who truly is a real-life Disney princess. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met!

The biggest thank you to Pixar and Disney Studios for having us, and to Thaddeus for inviting me to be your guest! Be sure to catch Elio in theaters and 3D starting 6/20!
