Netflix’s K-Pop Demon Hunters World Premiere

I was so excited to spend my last hurrah before maternity leave at the world premiere of Netflix’s K-Pop Demon Hunters last night!

It’s still so wild to me that Netflix let me walk on the purple carpet and have my photo taken by Getty Images!

I didn’t really know what to expect going into it, but I was blown away with how much I loved the story, animation, and music in the film!

Before the screening, we got to enjoy different snacks featured in the movie. My favorite was the Korean corndogs - look at that cheese pull!

It was so nice getting to meet the stars who play Huntrix in the film - Ji-young Yoo (who plays Zoey), May Hong (who plays Mira), and Arden Cho (who plays Rumi). Everyone was super sweet!

I’m always so proud to support AAPI led films and I’m grateful my daughter will have another movie she will get to see herself represented in. Whether you identify as AAPI or not, there is something for everyone in this film and I can’t wait for you to see this one!
