An Intimate Screening of The Muppet Show

It’s time to raise the curtain on The Muppet Show tonight!

Kevin and I were invited to a special screening of The Muppet Show at The Hollywood Roosevelt, and as a huge Muppets fan, I squealed when I received the email!

We were treated to a pre-screening reception with light bites and themed drinks. I had to try their Curly Shirley mocktail - it was both sweet and refreshing!

We even ran into Danny Trejo and Natalie Morales who were both absolutely lovely.

Then, we headed into the screening where we were ushered to our seats by one of the Muppets! I actually don’t recognize this one - do any super fans out there know their name? We also each got a huge box of candy to munch on!

Kermit the Frog and Executive Producer, Seth Rogen, welcomed everyone and said a few words before the screening started. We got a sneak peek at the first episode of The Muppet Show and all I can say is… WE’RE BACK, BABY! I’m so excited to see more and can’t wait for it to premiere on Disney+ and ABC on 2/4!

We ended the evening with a photo op with Miss Piggy and Kermit, and I’m still freaking out that we actually got to meet these icons. Miss Piggy even said she loved my boa, which is high praise from the fashion queen herself! MY ENTIRE LIFE IS MADE.
