"The Sound Inside" at Pasadena Playhouse

Disclosure: Pasadena Playhouse provided me with two complimentary tickets to see The Sound Inside. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Pasadena Playhouse invited me to their opening night of The Sound Inside last night, and what an intriguing and chilling play! With a beautiful set design and incredibly raw and authentic performances by Amy Brenneman and Anders Keith, this is a show you’re not going to want to miss! I’m still trying to solve the mystery!

Pasadena Playhouse is located at 39 S El Molino Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101. Parking is located directly across from the theatre in the Playhouse Plaza parking structure (680 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101) for $5, or there is an ample amount of street parking available close by. I recommend arriving at least 30 min prior to show time!

It was so nice running into my friend Victoria who is always so hospitable and kind whenever I see her at theatre events!

I also had the opportunity to meet Maria Canals-Barrera and Daniel Franzese who both couldn’t have been any nicer!

Not everything is as it seems behind the ivy-covered walls of Yale, where an unlikely bond leads to an unthinkable favor. Writing professor Bella Baird is looking for answers, but a fateful encounter with a mysterious student could lead to life-changing consequences for both of them. This haunting thriller will leave you wondering who you can trust and remind you everyone has a story - the question is how it ends.

Ticket prices start at $35 (you can purchase them here!), and the show is playing Wednesdays through Sundays, now through 10/1, and the performance length is 90 min, with no intermission.

Huge thank you to Pasadena Playhouse for having me!
