Happy 2024!

We decided to forego the glitz and the glamor to ring in 2024 with a pajama party and game night with our besties!

In more recent years, instead of coming up with resolutions, I like to choose a word or phrase to set as an intention for the year. I’ve decided that my mantra for 2024 is to SLOW DOWN and savor all of life’s moments along the way.

I want to take this year to remind myself that I don’t always have to be busy - my value isn’t tied to my productivity and I’m allowed to take breaks and recharge without feeling guilty about it. I hope that in turn, I’ll be able to make space to spend more time with my loved ones.
